As evaluators work to enhance their feedback delivery skills, the need for effective tools and strategies becomes increasingly important. This series will introduce you to valuable tools and insights to help you develop your coaching abilities. Additionally, our experts will provide opportunities to practice and apply your skills to real-world scenarios that reflect your most challenging daily situations.
Mastering a Coaching Approach to feedback empowers evaluators to strengthen their feedback practices through proven tools, strategies, and coaching mindset. Participants will engage in hands-on learning and apply new skills to real-world scenarios that mirror the complexities of their everyday work.

CESA 6 Payment Policy for Event Registrations
CESA 6 accepts credit card payments for all event registrations. If you are unable to complete your registration using a credit card, please contact Caitlynne Kandler at ckandler@cesa6.org for assistance with alternative arrangements.
Please note if an alternative payment is needed, a purchase order must be received before your registration can be confirmed. All registrations must be finalized before the event date.
Alternative payment methods may be approved under the following circumstances:
- Registration fees exceed $1,000
- A specific funding source is being used (e.g., Title funds)
- Your school district requires use of an internal payment process
Cancellations for Events
Participant Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing info@cesa6.org. Registrants who cancel at least 14 calendar days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service or material fees. Cancellations received 7 to 13 calendar days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the event. Participants who do not attend without prior notice ("no call, no show") will be charged the full event fee.
Event Changes or Cancellations by CESA 6: CESA 6 reserves the right to change or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, presenter availability, or other factors beyond our control. Participants will be notified promptly via email and offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
Registration Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same organization at no additional cost. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event start date to request a transfer.
