Cyndi Pavelski is a passionate educator and leader with extensive experience in academic and career planning. With a background as a high school Career and Technical Education teacher and principal, she has dedicated her career to helping students connect learning to meaningful postsecondary pathways. In her role at CESA 6, Cyndi serves as a liaison between schools and employers, building partnerships that bring career-based learning to life. As a member of the Inspire Wisconsin team, she supports districts in designing and refining ACP systems that empower students to identify strengths, explore opportunities, and plan intentionally for the future.
Rebecca Droessler brings many years of service as a licensed school counselor, with deep experience in academic planning, career exploration, and postsecondary advising. Her work has focused on helping students understand their options, set goals, and make informed decisions about life after high school. As part of the Inspire Wisconsin team, Rebecca applies her counseling expertise to support districts in strengthening ACP practices, ensuring plans are student-centered, inclusive, and aligned to student needs.
Together, Cyndi and Rebecca provide practical guidance, coaching, and expertise to districts at any stage of ACP development. This session is appropriate for teams seeking support with finalizing their ACP for approval as well as districts looking for additional coaching on specific components, even if they did not attend the initial workshop.
