Perkins Consortium Districts are required to send at least one representative; additional team members are welcome to attend.
This interactive session is designed to support districts in strengthening CTE programs through thoughtful, data-informed strategic planning. Participants will engage in focused conversations around key areas that drive program quality and student success, including student performance, equity and access, staffing capacity, and career pathway size, scope, and quality. By examining shared trends and reflecting on local context, districts will collaboratively identify priorities, opportunities for growth, and practical strategies that support continuous improvement. The session is intentionally structured to help teams leave with clearer direction, stronger alignment, and actionable ideas to advance high-quality CTE and career readiness outcomes.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
-
Interpret consortium and district-level CTE data to inform priorities that address immediate needs and support long-term strategic decision-making.
-
Learn from peer districts and regional partners by sharing challenges, effective practices, and innovative approaches that strengthen CTE programs and support continuous growth and improvement.
-
Identify and validate barriers and root causes by comparing regional trends with local context, clarifying where district realities align with consortium findings and where unique district factors may be influencing outcomes.
-
Develop fundable strategies aligned to Perkins V priorities that support high-quality, industry-aligned, and sustainable CTE programs for all students.
This event is free for CESA 6–serviced Perkins Consortium districts. All other participants may attend for a $250 registration fee.
