Restorative Practices focuses on building a community, growing positive relationships, resolving conflict, repairing harm and healing relationships. Educators, leaders, and school teams are encouraged to take part in this interactive dynamic training.

OBJECTIVES

• Understand the foundation and key aspects of how to apply the Restorative Practices continuum
• Learn how to use Affective Statements as a communication and relationship building strategy
• Learn how to use Restorative Questions as a tool to help youth restore relationships when harm has occurred by a youth’s behavior or actions
• Understand, learn, and practice how to incorporate Community Circles into your classrooms and school programs
• Plan for implementation of Restorative Practices within your school district educational setting

• Time: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
• Location: Virtual-will receive the virtual link a day before the event-same link will be used for each session.
• Cost: $275- the whole 4-part series
• Includes all training material (books, posters and resources)
• If there is less than 6 people signed up for the series, there will be a decision to make if the series event will continue or be cancelled.

Please note if an alternative payment is needed, a purchase order must be received before your registration can be confirmed. All registrations must be finalized before the event date.

Alternative payment methods may be approved under the following circumstances:

• Registration fees exceed $1,000
• A specific funding source is being used (e.g., Title funds)
• Your school district requires use of an internal payment process
