DPI CTE team will be presenting the “NTO Road Show” across WI in 26-27 SY! CTE educators and CTE Coordinators are invited to this free event, hosted by CESAs across the state.
Information will be shared about the modernized Career Cluster framework specifically to non-traditional occupations (NTO) by gender and Perkins performance indicator 4S1 – NTO. This is an opportunity for DPI and CTE educators to share resources, examples, proactive solutions, best practices, and answer questions about NTO and increase career pathway opportunities for students.
OBJECTIVES
- DPI CTE team will present Non-Traditional Occupations(NTO) by cluster: individuals from one gender comprising less than 25 percent of the individuals employed in occupations by cluster.
- Participants will learn NTO definitions, reflect on equity and access, analyze data, understand root cause, discuss best practices and receive resources to use with their CTE team.
- Additional topics: Modernized career clusters, Perkins V performance indicator 4S1, multi-levels systems of support within CTE and institutional responsibilities and practices.

Cancellations for Events
Participant Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing events@cesa6.org. Registrants who cancel at least 14 calendar days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable service or material fees. Cancellations received 7 to 13 calendar days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the event. Participants who do not attend without prior notice ("no call, no show") will be charged the full event fee.
Event Changes or Cancellations by CESA 6: CESA 6 reserves the right to change or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, presenter availability, or other factors beyond our control. Participants will be notified promptly via email and offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
Registration Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same organization at no additional cost. Please contact us at least 48 hours before the event start date to request a transfer.
